Upon sending in this application for consideration a student must:

Be accepted for admission to Rockford University or be a current Rockford University Student.
Achieve a college-level minimum cumulative GPA of 2.30 or higher.
Currently hold an active and unencumbered LPN license or be currently enrolled in an LPN program.
Have all college-level transcripts on file with the Rockford University Registrar.
